Isaiah Taylor

Isaiah is one of 6 children born in New York City. Isaiah moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he grew up years after his father passed. Isaiah was an All-State, three sport athlete (football, basketball, and track and field) at Hereford H.S. His athletic abilities earned him a football scholarship, but he transferred after his first year to Salisbury University.  There he earned All-Conference selections for all three of his seasons and academic honors, as well. Isaiah spent his off-seasons training with his Performance Coach and close friend, Dominick Flora.

Isaiah's professional career began after his senior season when he had private tryouts with the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles, participated in the NFL Combine and an NFL pro day. During this process, Isaiah graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Coaching.  He then began work as an Admissions Counselor/Recruiter at Salisbury University and as a Football Coach at James M. Bennett High School, where he led the JV team to a 9-1 record in his first season. He then moved on to work as a business consultant for Under Armour's All-American Football Camps through an event production company in Salisbury, Maryland. Finally, Isaiah signed with a professional arena football team in Texas to cap off his professional football experience. Isaiah has gained valuable experience in business and sports operations that have equipped him to be a passionate and productive director for O.S.S.P.

Isaiah is currently the director at O.S.S.P. where he conducts professional outreach in order to recruit prospective student-athletes, build relationships with community partners and seek aid in the form of grants, sponsorships and donations for the 501c3 non-profit organization.  Isaiah also facilitates the Athletic Skills Operation and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at O.S.S.P.
